HIGH HOLY DAYS AT ANSHAI TORAH 2025 | 5786
This past year has been one of remarkable milestones for Anshai Torah, and as we look ahead to 5786, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for all that’s to come. For months, we’ve been thoughtfully preparing for a meaningful and inspiring start to the New Year. We are thrilled to welcome Hazzan Matthew Austerklein to our community. Hazzan Austerklein brings with him a deep passion for music, spirituality, education, and scholarship. His beautiful and diverse musical repertoire will enrich our High Holy Days and Shabbat services throughout the year. He joins our talented Klei Kodesh (clergy team), which includes Rabbi Helene Kornsgold, Director of Lifelong Learning, and our new Senior Rabbi, Michael Kushnick. Together, they are crafting a High Holy Day experience designed to nourish our souls with learning, music, and a profound sense of community.
As your Klei Kodesh and leadership team, we are honored to guide our community forward. But most importantly, we recognize that it is your voice and your presence that shape who we are and who we are becoming. Anshai Torah is more than a synagogue—it is a home for each of us.
We can’t wait to share a meaningful Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur with all of you. May this season be one of learning, song, connection, and renewal—for ourselves, for our families, and for our Kehillah Kedoshah (holy community).
Shana Tova Tikateivu—may you be inscribed for a good and sweet year.
