Ms. Anat 

Anat illuminates our classrooms with her vibrant spirit and nurturing touch. With 22 years of experience in pediatric care in Israel, Anat's journey has been defined by her unwavering dedication. For the past 3 years, she has been an integral part of the Anshai community, bringing her expertise and love for teaching to our preschool. Hailing from Ramat Yishay, Anat infuses her profound care for children into her classroom interactions. Beyond her teaching role, Anat finds joy in creating delicious meals and treats, making her time in the kitchen as delightful as her time with the kids.

Ms. Erin

Hailing from the vibrant cultures of Sweden and Turkey, Erin enriches our faculty at Congregation Anshai Torah Preschool. With a Bachelor’s degree and 24 years of wisdom, she brings a worldly perspective to our students.  As a devoted spouse and parent to two daughters, Erin understands the transformative power of education. Beyond academics, she cherishes family moments, embarks on global adventures, and crafts culinary wonders. A true bookworm, she finds solace in literature, while her passion for cooking mirrors her innovative approach. Erin's commitment to family, knowledge, and exploration embodies the values we hold dear.

Ms. Grace  

Say Hi to Ms, Grace, a devoted educator with a passion for nurturing young minds. A Plano native, she holds an Associate of Arts degree in sociology and a Bachelor of Science degree in family studies. Currently, she is eagerly preparing to pursue a Master of Arts in Teaching. Her journey in education officially began two years ago when she embraced the role of a teacher. She is captivated by the joy of watching children learn and explore, and she is excited to continue contributing to their growth.  Outside the classroom, you can find her engrossed in a good book, enjoying the company of her feline friends, or sipping on sweet tea. 

Ms. Jhil

Jhil is a dedicated early childhood educator with 26 years of experience, hailing from Portland, Oregon. For over a quarter-century, Jhil has been nurturing young minds from infants to Pre-K, leaving an indelible mark on our Plano community.  With an Associate Degree and a heart full of passion, Jhil has lovingly guided generations of children, including her own four cherished kids. Beyond the classroom, her green thumb and love for literature reflect her vibrant interests.

 

Ms. Rachel 

Starting her journey at Collin College, Rachel discovered her love for teaching. Since 2000, she's been nurturing young minds at Jewish preschools.  Since 2004, Rachel has been a key part of Anshai, teaching both Preschool and Sunday School.   Beyond her teaching roles, she is a dedicated parent. She and her husband, Matt are blessed with three wonderful children.  In addition to her commitment to education, Rachel approaches life with an enthusiasm for learning, readily embracing new hobbies and experiences.  As a valued member of Anshai Torah, Rachel leaves a lasting impact through her dedicated service, genuine passion, and strong family values. 

Ms. Ronit 

Ronit is a Plano resident with over 21 years of teaching experience. Holding an M.A. in Hebrew linguistics and a senior teacher certificate, Ronit's expertise shines through in her dedication to nurturing young minds. With a rich background encompassing elementary, high school, and early childhood education, she creates engaging classrooms that inspire students to embrace new knowledge and skills. Come say Shalom to Ronit, a passionate educator committed to fostering the love of learning.

Ms. TaliMeet Tali, a unique blend of architectural precision and educational passion. Born and raised in Jerusalem, Tali's journey led her from the world of blueprints to the realm of young minds. With 17 years in St. Louis preschools and 12 years at Anshai Torah, she has nurtured generations with creative flair. A proud American citizen, Tali's heartwarming story is one of embracing new horizons and shaping futures as a teacher and devoted mom to her 3 children.

Ms Bev

Bev brings over 40 years of dedicated preschool teaching experience to our school. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education from Southeast Missouri State, she has been a cornerstone of nurturing learning environments. Bev's roots trace back to University City, Missouri, and her love for teaching is only matched by her roles as a happy wife, mom, grandma, and avid enthusiast of water yoga, biking, pickleball, and quilting. With an unwavering passion for her work, Bev considers herself fortunate to love what she does every day.

Ms. Hamutal

Meet Hamutal: an artist, educator, and culinary enthusiast. With a Bachelor's degree in Art and Fashion Design from Shenkar Israel, Hamutal has been shaping young minds for over two decades. From preschoolers to learners of all ages, she imparts creativity and knowledge, both in the classroom and as a community theater participant. Hamutal's passion for teaching, coupled with her artistic flair and love for cooking, makes her a vibrant and cherished member of our school community.

Rachel Blum, Director of Education

We're excited to introduce Rachel Blum, a dedicated educator with a wealth of experience in early childhood education. Rachel holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Education, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Additionally, Rachel has earned the prestigious National Director’s Credential, showcasing her expertise in educational leadership.  With an impressive 33 years of experience, Rachel has a proven track record of nurturing young minds. Her passion for guiding children through foundational learning stages is truly remarkable. When not in the classroom, Rachel is an avid reader and enjoys various games, especially poker. She shares her life with her furry feline baby, Puddy Tat.
