Director of Events

Our Director of Events at Anshai, Chef Daniel Conroy, has lived in Dallas since 2008. He spent time at the University of Alabama and received his Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu Dallas. Daniel is originally from the vibrant Jewish community in Memphis, TN, where he cultivated his passion for cooking, music, and Memphis Tigers sports. Daniel has previously worked in a variety of restaurants from quick service to fine dining, which allowed him to hone his skills in all areas of the kitchen as well as operations. Daniel currently resides in Plano with his wife Rebecca, their daughter Lily, son Levi, and dogs Ranger and Louie.
