Thank you for enrolling your child with Congregation Anshai Torah Preschool.  This form has the following sections:
  • Parent Information - please provide us with your information, or updates as needed.
  • Student information - please tell us about the age and intended class for your child based upon their expected age on 9/1/2023
  • Deposit -A non-refundable deposit of $500 per child is required to secure your child's spot in the 23-24 school year and will apply to tuition. This deposit is required to move forward with the admission process including financial aid forms. 
  • Early Bird Discount - if you pay your deposit by March 31 a 5% Early Bird Discount will be applied to tuition.
